Family Life Sharathons are the primary method of raising the financial support needed to operate the ministry over a six-month period. Sharathons take place as a live, on-air event over a four-day period where announcers share how God works through the various arms of ministry, popular music artists and program hosts are interviewed, and uplifting music is played.

Drive-Thru Chicken BBQ

Family Life’s Drive Thru Chicken BBQ will be held in conjunction with the Spring Sharathon on Friday, April 12 from 3-7pm! Come to Family Life for some of Nick’s famous Chicken BBQ, salt potatoes, baked beans, a roll with butter and a bottle of water – all for only $13! You can purchase sodas and desserts for an additional $1 each. Those who come to the Chicken BBQ can be eligible to win Family Life prizes!

Family Life Virtual 5k

Join us for the Family Life virtual 5k which will be held in conjunction with Family Life’s Spring Sharathon as the ministry raises support to cover operating expenses for the next six months. You can register online and receive a packet in the mail with your race shirt and race number! Participants of all ages can run, walk, jog, on their own, at any time between when they register and April 12.

500 for 5 Prayer Needs

During each day of the Sharathon, we ask that you would take 5 minutes a day to partner with us in prayer over the following list
Thank the Lord for new staff members that He has brought to the ministry to help with our ever-increasing needs. Pray that God would continue to bring committed believers to Family Life to fill openings in the radio, creative services, and kitchen departments.
Thank God for the opportunity of adding four more radio stations to the network in 2024 with two more in New York and two more in Pennsylvania. Pray that the Lord would provide the necessary financial resources to allow new construction for these stations to be completed by the end of the year.
Thank the Lord for the godly men and women who serve on Family Life’s Board of Directors. Pray that God would give to each of them the wisdom and understanding needed to make the critical decisions in guiding the ministry.
Thank God for allowing Family Life to utilize a number of ministry outreaches to touch the hearts of people with the gospel message. Pray that the Lord would continue to use the Radio Department, Performing Arts Department, Hope & Healing Department, and the Events Department to impact lives with the message of hope found in Jesus Christ!
Thank the Lord for allowing Family Life to continue moving forward with its new building in the Corning area. Pray that God would reveal Himself to all the workers and those involved in the planning of this new facility that they would see His glory and majesty in this project.
Thank God for providing the wonderful team that makes up Family Life’s staff and for their dedication and commitment to serve Him faithfully. Pray that the Lord would keep each focused on Him and that He would cover each with the blood of Christ for both spiritual and physical protection.
Thank the Lord for the 70 radio signals throughout Pennsylvania and New York as well as the eight online streams that each day share the gospel. Pray that God would protect each physical site from the elements as well as theft as many radio towers across the country are being subjected to damage by predators.
Thank God for allowing Family Life to reach its Fall Sharathon goal at the end of 2023 and for each Faith Partner who has participated. Pray that the Lord would encourage each one who has made a faith promise to fulfill that commitment so that the ministry would be able to pay for the costs of operating the ministry. Pray also for the success of the Spring Sharathon.
Thank the Lord for wonderful volunteers who help to make every event possible. Pray that God would encourage and bless them and that He would add to our numbers as the need for volunteers continues to be great.
Thank God for bringing Family Life into existence and how He uses the ministry to reach people with a number of ministry outreaches that Family Life has been blessed to have. Pray that the Lord would help each staff member and board member always give Him the glory for all He continues to do.

It is our prayer that His blessing would create in you a desire for the name of the Lord to be lifted high.
