The events department is responsible for organizing and coordinating events that bring the message of hope found in Jesus Christ. These events may include concerts, conferences, retreats, workshops, and more! Through these events our desire is to create impactful experiences that strengthen and encourage individuals in their faith journey.

  • All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or switching on tickets.
  • Seats for reserved seating events (such as Dinner Concerts or Theaters, Ladies Luncheons, etc.) are selected and assigned at the time of purchase.
  • Please plan accordingly by purchasing all the tickets for your party together. We cannot switch tickets.
  • Full payment is required to reserve tickets or registration.
  • Any person, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admittance to events.
  • General Admission and Artist Circle seating is first-come, first serve within each section.
  • Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the event director.
By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, the attendee grants Family Life and its affiliate’s permission to use his/her likeness in a photograph in any and all publications and materials without payment or consideration made to them. If you have questions or problems with your ticket purchase, you may still phone an agent at 800.927.9083 from 9am-noon and 1pm-4pm on weekend.

Frequently Asked Questions

Family Life loves to work with churches, pregnancy resource centers, and other non-profit entities to help promote an upcoming event. These are great opportunities for Family Life to be out and about representing the ministry throughout NY and PA at events that aren’t strictly Family Life events. It’s part of our building relationships with listeners and churches. For a co-sponsorship there are guidelines that we have to follow.  You can always reach out for more information!

Everyone one year of age and older has to have a ticket for any event.

Dinner events are geared for children ages 12 and up.

The ticket checkers can send you to Will Call to have your name checked off the full list of attendees.

Doors open 45 minutes prior to the event starting.

For a dinner event, tickets go off sale 2 days prior to the event at noon.

For a show only event, tickets go off sale 1 day prior to the event at noon.

For a senior luncheon event, tickets go off sale the Monday prior to the event at noon.
