Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pounds Turkey breast sliced thin
1 Cup flour
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp Butter
Zest of one lemon
1 sprig thyme
1/2 cup chicken stock
Method:
Combine the flour, salt and pepper in a pie pan. Dredge the turkey slices in the flour and set aside
In a large skillet, melt butter. Add turkey and cook on each side until golden brown. Add lemon, thyme and chicken stock. Bring to a simmer
