Creamy Baked Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- About 5 Cups Brussels Sprouts Trimmed and Cut in Half
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 8oz Bacon, Cooked Crispy and Crumbled
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Method-
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to a 2 quart making dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, sprouts should be just tender and the dish should be bubbly with the cheese melted. Top with additional cheese and melt if desired. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving and enjoying!
