Christmas is about more than a feeling that lasts a few weeks in the winter. That’s because the true meaning of Christmas is found in the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ! Family Life welcomes the Christmas season with special holiday programming designed to bring you and your family together in celebration of Christ’s birth as we share the “good news of great joy” (Luke 2:10). Christmas music begins the day after Thanksgiving and is heard through the end of December. The celebration culminates in the 72-hour Christmas Music Festival from December 23–25.

Christmas Programs
Throughout the holiday season, Family Life listeners are treated to creative and wholesome Christmas programs during the Family Hour and short features heard during the day.
So, turn off the TV, gather the family, and enjoy these classic stories on the Family Hour as we celebrate the Savior’s birth.ON DEMAND PROGRAMS

72-Hour Christmas Music Festival
Each year, Family Life suspends all our regular programming from midnight on December 23rd to midnight on December 25th so that we can bring you nothing but the wonderful and glorious music of Christmas! For three straight days, you’ll hear your seasonal favorites blended with songs celebrating the miraculous birth of our Savior as we rejoice and give Him praise.
It is our hope that this special musical presentation will remind you and your loved ones of the hope that we have in Jesus. The hope that came into the world more than 2,000 years ago as a precious newborn baby boy who would eventually sacrifice His life to pay for our sins so that we may live for eternity with Him.
Family Life’s 72-Hour Christmas Music Festival is interspersed with Christmas greetings from the businesses, churches, and individuals who have helped to underwrite the cost of our programming. We are truly grateful for their support.
